This edition of the Meeting is organized by the Departments of Applied Economics and Economic Analysis and Economic History and Institutions of the University of Valladolid. The Scientific and Organizing Committees invite you to submit original papers on any topic within the field of Public Economics by February 9, 2026, following the instructions in the “Paper Submission” link.</span></span></p>

<p class="Contenidodelatabla" style="margin-left:11px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span liberation="" serif="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span aptos="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">We are pleased to invite you to the next edition of the <b>RICTA</b> meeting (<b>R</b>eunião <b>I</b>bérica de <b>C</b>iência e <b>T</b>ecnologia de <b>A</b>erossóis, in Portuguese; and <b>R</b>eunión <b>I</b>bérica de <b>C</b>iencia y <b>T</b>ecnología de <b>A</b>erosoles, in Spanish). </span></span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span aptos="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">This 9th edition is organised by Atmospheric Optics Group (GOA) of University of Valladolid (UVa) and will take place in Valladolid (Spain) from 1st to 3rd of July 2026. The GOA group is excited to host this vibrant meeting to bring together Spanish and Portuguese groups active in aerosol research, as well as researchers from other countries who are most welcome to attend. During the three-day event, participants will have the opportunity to network, find new and lasting collaborations, exchange ideas, create new ones, and be inspired by top-level keynote speeches, to further develop the field of aerosol research. We especially encourage the participation of young researchers, whose fresh perspectives and enthusiasm are vital to shaping the future of aerosol science and strengthening the bonds within the Iberian scientific community. The program will combine multi-disciplinarity with the highest scientific quality.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">The ACTRES Research Group, in collaboration with the Department of English Studies at the University of Valladolid, are delighted to announce the 5th International Symposium Parallel Corpora PaCor 2025. This exciting edition will take place at the Facultad de Filosofía y Letras and Facultad de Comercio y Relaciones Laborales at the University of Valladolid, Spain on May 28-30th 2025.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Since its inception at the University of Santiago de Compostela in 2016, PaCor has established itself as a dynamic platform for researchers dedicated to the compilation, design, and application of parallel and multilingual corpora. Over the years, PaCor has fostered interdisciplinary collaboration among linguists, engineers, and statisticians to develop increasingly sophisticated tools and corpora that cater to diverse academic disciplines such as Lexicography, Contrastive Linguistics, Translation Studies, and Language Teaching and Learning.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Building on this rich tradition, the 2025 edition will spotlight the integration of <b>Generative AI technologies</b> within corpus-based research. As the field evolves to embrace advanced computational approaches, this symposium will provide an opportunity to explore the transformative potential of AI in corpus compilation, annotation, and analysis. The focus will extend to innovative applications in multilingual communication and the challenges posed by generative models in linguistics and cross-cultural studies.</span></span></span></p>
